STIR-FRY CHICKEN WITH TAUCO AND PINEAPPLE
Recipe:

- 1 part chicken breast
- 1 tbsp oyster
- 1 tsp flavoured white pepper
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp apple/white grape juice
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp chilli paste
- 1 packet salted tauco
- 3/4 cup canned pineapple
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/2 chicken cube
- 1 tbsp plum sauce
- 1/4 capsicum
- 1/2 cup water
- 3-4 thai bird eye chillies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
