Snack Cakes Recipe:
- 75g Softened Butter (⅔ stick)
- 25g Oil (1½ tbsp)
- 100g Sugar (½ cup) Sugar
- 2 room temp Eggs
- 120g room temp Milk (½ cup)
- 160g All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
Divide the batter between 2 bowls and to one batter add 2 tbsp Cocoa + 3 tbsp milk.
Filling:
- Marshmallow Fluff
Chocolate Shell:
- 400g Chocolate ( 14 ounces)
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil to thin out the chocolate
