NASI DAGANG'S FISH CURRY
Recipe:
- 700g mackerel tuna (steamed)
- 350ml fresh coconut milk
- 2 tbsp nasi dagang's curry powder (plus a bit of water)
- 1 - 2 tamarind peels
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 1 - 2 tsp salt
- 8 pieces thai red/green chillies
- 1/2 cup water
Blended ingredients:
- 3 pieces shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 slices galangal
- 3 tbsp chilli paste
