Easy Chewy Snack Bars:

- 130g Old fashioned Oats ( 1 Cup + 2 tbsp)
- 100g Honey (3.5 ounces)
- 25g ( roughly 1 ounce ) Softened or melted Peanut Butter( or any other nut butter you prefer)
- Pinch Of salt

Each Snack bar is roughly 110 calories.

Optional: 3 tbsp chocolate chips

With the chocolate chips each snack bar will be roughly 135 calories.

Skinny "McFlurry"

- 100g very cold Yogurt 0% fat (3.5 ounces)
- 1 tbsp Truvia or 0 cal Sweetner of your choice.
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract ( Don't skip it!!)
- 15-20 M&Ms

This "Mcflurry" is roughly 100 -130 calories.

Skinny "Oreo Blizzard"

- 100g Very Cold Yogurt 0% fat (3.5 ounces)
- 1 tbsp Truvia or 0 cal Sweetner of your choice.
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract ( Don't skip it!!)
- 1 or 2 oreos. ( I prefer to take the filling out as it doesn't add anything to the recipe, but it's up to you )

This "Oreo Blizzard" is around 100-130 calories.
