This is the best waffle recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup cake flour
100 g of granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp ground almonds
1 egg
60 g melted butter
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cooking
1 tsp icing sugar

Steps
1.In a mixing bowl, mix the cake flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, ground almonds and salt together and set them aside.
2.In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Add butter, milk and vanilla. Mix well.
3.Stir in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Do not over mix.
4.Pour the waffle batter into greased waffle maker and bake by waffle maker instructions.
