Recipe:

Ingredients:
300g Chicken
100g Prawn
50g Chinese Chives
50g Spring onion
200g Wonton skin
1-2 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Seasoning:
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Corn Flour
¼ tsp Whitepepper

Method:
1. Mix the chicken and prawn with salt and sugar until sticky.
2. Add in corn flour, white pepper and sesame oil, mix again until well.
3. Next, add in spring onion and chives, then mix again until well, then spare as filling.
4. Now, wrap the filling into the Wonton skin, surround it with a little water on the skin side, then close it and make it into a pot sticker shape.
4. Lastly, grill the pot sticker with Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden color and then done.
