KAM HEONG PRAWN
Recipe:

- 400g prawn (marinate for 15 minutes with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp turmeric powder)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp meat/chicken curry powder
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 3 stalks curry leaves
- 1/2 onion
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 - 6 thai bird eye chillies
