Sweet Chilli Chicken
Ingredients
- 400 grams Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (light)
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli Garlic Vinegar (use any vinegar)
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 medium size Onion
- 4 tbsp Spring Onion
Preparation Method :
- Cut boneless chicken into medium size cubes
- In a Bowl, add Sweet chilli sauce, Light Soy sauce, Hot sauce, Chilli Garlic Vinegar or normal vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, combine everything together and keep a side
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Add cooking oil to the Pan and add chicken pieces to the hot pan, season it with Salt and Black Pepper powder, fry until golden brown on both the sides or cook each side for 3 minutes
- When it is cooked transfer it to the Plate
- Now to the same pan add some more oil, add chopped Ginger and then add chopped Garlic sauce for a while and then add chopped onion to it, fry until translucent
- Then add fried chicken to the pan, combine everything very well and then add prepared sauce to it
- Stir until chicken pieces well coated from all the sides
- Cook about 1-2 min on low heat
- Garnish with Spring onion
- Serve hot Sweet Chilli Chicken as a appetiser
