Ingredients:
1. 1 Cup Sooji/Semolina
2. Salt (namak), as per taste
3. 3 tablespoon Refined Oil
4. 3 Boiled Potatoes (Aloo) of medium size
5. 1/4 Cup Green Peas (Hari Matar)
6. 1 Onion, finely chopped
7. 2 green chillis, finely chopped
8. 1 Carrot (Gajar), finely chopped or grated
9. 1 Capsicum (Shimla Mirch), finely chopped
10. 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsun ka Paste)
11. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves, finely chopped
12. 1/2 tablespoon Chat Masala
13. 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala
14. 1/2 tablespoon roasted Cumin Seeds powder(Bhuna Zeera Powder)
15. 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch powder)
16. 1/4 tablespoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
17. 3/4 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)
