Cheese Corn Balls
Cheese Corn Balls Ingredients List :
- 1 cup Potato (boiled and mashed)
- 5 tbsp Sweet Corn (boiled)
- 3 tbsp Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Cheese
- 1 medium size Onion
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 Green Chilli
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt ( as needed )
- 3 cups All purpose flour
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
- Oil for Deep Fry
Method :
— In a large bowl, add mashed potato, sweet corn, bell pepper, cheese, onion, cilantro, green chilli, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, oregano, black pepper powder and salt, combine everything together and keep a side for 10 min
— Apply oil on palm and take a mixture and make small round size ball and place them in a tray
— Take all purpose flour in a wide vessel, roll and coat these corn balls in a plain flour and place them a a tray
— Now take 1 cup All purpose flour in a bowl, add water to it and make a thick batter
— Dip these corn balls in all purpose flour batter and then well coat with bread crumbs and roll it tight using hands so that it won’t get cracked while frying in oil
— Heat oil for frying and deep fry corn balls for about 2-3 min on medium-high flame
— Transfer it to paper towel to absorb excess oil and serve hot cheese corn balls in tomato ketchup
