Hello, you are watching short videos of the fish doner kebab recipe.
Doner is made only with beef, first forget it and get it out of your mind
I use toric fish as fish.
This is a big fish of 4 kilos.
Up to 200 grams of animal cow fat
Prepare sauce to add to fish slices
Add liquid sunflower oil
Add juice of 1 lemon
add some soy sauce and one grated tomato
add crushed garlic well
Add salt and pepper
Add hot pepper paste and mix
Add the sauce to the sliced fish and mix completely
After frying the fish, cut it and eat it whole. Serve it fresh and hot.
You can add plenty of fish slices on top of the rice.
Or you can wrap the fish generously in wrap bread and eat it.
