Deviled Egg
Ingredients
— 6 Eggs ( boiled eggs )
— 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
— 1/2 tsp Vinegar
— 1 tsp Mustard paste
— 2 tsp chopped cilantro
— 1/4 tsp Paprika or Chilli powder
— 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
— 1/2 tsp Salt
Preparation Method
— Place eggs in deep bottom pan, cover with water, place over high heat, when it comes to boil simmer it for another 10 min, then turn off the heat, pour out hot water and cover it with cold water, leave eggs to get cool. Peel eggs under running water.
— Slice boiled eggs in half lengthwise
— Transfer egg yolks in another bowl, placing egg whites on serving plate
— Mash Egg Yolk into a fine crumble by using a fork
— Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard paste, cilantro, paprika, black pepper and salt as required
— Give a good mix and transfer egg yolk mixture into a clean plastic and make a small hole
— Fill the Egg whites with the yolk fillings, garnish with paprika and cilantro
— Deviled egg ready to serve as appetiser
