The merveilleux a French word which translates to “Marvelous” is a small cake that supposedly originated in Belgium or possibly the North of France. In any case it’s now found in France and becoming popular in USA. It consists of a sandwich of two crispy meringues, a chocolate mousse filling coated in grated chocolate. The chocolate mousse style cream and the crispiness from the meringue make this simply the most amazing experience, make them today!
