Mango Ice Cream | Kitchen Time with Neha
With the summer heat and all the mangoes lying around in the kitchen, I really NEEDED to make some Mango Ice Cream (Because who doesn't need ice cream? And I am talking Mango!!) and I thought why not share this easy recipe with you all. This ice cream doesn't even require an ice cream and the best part is that you really need to take very little effort into whipping it all up together. But the only thing you need is time and pretty sure you have enough of that for some delicious and creamy ice cream ;) If you do have an ice cream maker, you can use that to freeze the ice cream as well. Ingredients:
*100 ml milk
*10 g cornflour (To buy online: https://goo.gl/UMrVfM)
*4 medium ripe mangoes (approximately 800 g) (I used alphonso mangoes)
*400 g sweetened condensed milk (To buy online: https://goo.gl/gwgnDZ)
*200 ml fresh cream (To buy online: https://goo.gl/TnISfw)
*1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*1 cup chopped ripe mango (optional)
