Chicken Fry
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kg Chicken
- 3 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 3 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 4 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt ( as per taste )
Preparation Method
— In a large bowl add Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Corn Flour, Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Egg and Salt as per your taste
— Whisk all ingredients together and then add chicken pieces, let the batter coat evenly to all the chicken pieces
— marinate at least for 6-8 hours or over night
— Heat oil for deep fry and drop chicken pieces to the hot oil
— Fry about 4-5 minutes
— Transfer to kitchen towel to remove excess oil
— Serve hot chicken fry along with Tomato Ketchup or Mayonnaise or Veggies
