Here you have another recipe for the Mexican Bread to celebrate this January 6th, the celebration of the three Holy Kings Day! Enjoy


Ingredientes for the Bread
14 g dry yeast
125 g Warm Milk (½ cup)
500g all purpose flour (4 cups)
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
90 g granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp orange Zest
1 tsp Vanilla extract
180 g Unsalted Softened Butter (¾ cup butter)
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ Tsp Nutmeg
1 beaten Egg (garnish)

Ingredients for the Filling:
3 cups dry fruit (bananas, pineapple, apples, etc)
2 cups shredded coconut
¾ cup chopped nuts
¾ cup chopped almonds
¾ cup Raisins
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Little plastic doll
+1 Tbsp Melted Butter


Ingredients for the Decoration
90 g margarine or salted softened butter
90 g powdered sugar
90 g All purpose flour
2 egg yolks
2 oz citron cut into strips (red and green )
candied cherries (optional)

Ingredients for Butter Drizzle
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Melted Butter
½ tbsp Water:
