Besan ka Cheela is a very healthy and tasty breakfast option. In this Besan Cheela, I have added some vegetables also which make it even more healthy and tasty. So lets try our Besan Cheela.

Ingredients

a. 1 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
b. 1/3 tablespoon Turmeric Powder (haldi)
c. 1/4 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
d. 1/2 tablespoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
e. Salt as per taste
f. Pinch of Asfoetida (Heeng)
g. 2 tablespoon refined oil
h. 1 Onion (Pyaz), finely chopped
i. 1 Carrot (Gajar), grated
j. 1/2 Capsicum (Shimla Mirch), grated
k. 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (neembu ka ras)
l. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves (dhania patti), finely chopped
m. 1 inch grated ginger
n. 2 green chillis (hari mirch), finely chopped (optional)
