Hello Friends please try this Rice Flour Uttapam Recipe. It is made from Chawal ka Atta and lots of vegetables so it is very filling and very nutritious.

Ingredients:
1 cup Rice Flour (Chawal ka Atta)
1/2 cup Sooji/Rava/Semolina
1/2 cup Curd (Dahi)
1/2 glass Water
1/4 tablespoon Baking Soda
1/2 tablespoon Sugar (Cheeni)
Salt as per taste
2 tablespoon refined oil
1/2 Tomato, finely chopped
1 Onion (Pyaz), finely chopped
1 Carrot (Gajar), grated
1/2 Capsicum (Shimla Mirch), finely chopped
1/2 cup Coriander leaves (dhania patti), finely chopped
1 inch grated ginger
2 green chillis (hari mirch), finely chopped
