Hello Friends, All of you must have started thinking of preparing traditional recipes for Holi like Gujhiya, Mathri, Papad, Chips etc.
In this recipe, I have made the sweet mathri

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour, approx 200 grams (gehun ka atta)
1/4 cup Sooji/Rava/Semolina
1/4 cup Desi Ghee
1/4 cup Sugar (cheeni)
2 tablespoon White Sesame Seeds (safed til)
Oil for frying purpose
1/4 glass of water
