Cheese Chilli Toast Recipe without Oven|Cheese Garlic Chilli corn toast on tawa|5 min snack recipe
Garlic bread is everybody's favorite but what if this recipe is made less than 5 min. Wont it be exciting ?!!! This is the perfect snack recipe you can have it as a breakfast ( easiest breakfast recipe ) or appetizer or even evening snack. No matter when you want to make, it needs ingredients which are always available at home and quick and easy recipe is its best part.
So let's begin with the recipe :
- Softened Butter ( 2 Tbsp )
- Salt to taste
- Dried Oregano (1/4 Tsp)
- Black pepper (1/8 Tsp)
- Chopped Garlic (2 Tbsp)
- Finely chopped capsicum (3 Tbsp)
- Boiled corn (2 Tbsp) (optional)
- Green Chillies (1/8 Tsp ) (optional)
- Parsley (1 Tbsp) ( If parsley is not available, please use fresh coriander )
- Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 Cup)
( I have used GO Mozzarella cheese, I feel it gives best effect of stringiness but you can use any cheese that is available, the result may vary from cheese to cheese )
- Mix it very well
- On the pan
- Butter the bread slice / baguette
- You can use any bread you like ( wheat, multigrain or plain white )
- Put 2 Tbsp Cheese Chilli spread on each slice
- Spread it evenly
- Put your gas stove on the lowest flame possible as the bread need to get crispy from the bottom
- Cover and let the cheese melt
- The time depends on the flame so I have not specified but you do keep an eye on it
- Cut the bread slice into smaller pieces
- And serve immediately.
