Ingredients:
1 cup (125 gram) Maida
1/4 cup Whole Weat Flour (Gehun ka Atta)
1/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1/4 cup Desi Ghee
2 tablespoon Sooji/Rava/Semolina
1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds (zeera)
1/2 tablespoon carom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tablespoon kasuri methi
1/4 tablespoon garam masala
1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder (kali mirch ya gol mirch)
1/4 tablespoon fennel seed powder (saunf)
1/4 tablespoon coriander powder (dhania)
Pinch of Heeng
salt to taste
oil for frying
