Peanut Butter Recipe
Ingredients for Peanut Butter

- 2 cups Peanuts
- 1-2 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil


Preparation Method :

STEP 1 :

Roast Peanuts.
Place peanuts in deep bottom pan, dry roast them about 6-8 min on medium-heat.
Keep stirring peanuts to roast evenly from all sides.
Roast until peanuts are lightly browned or smell nutty.
Note : Do not roast them on high flame as they burn quickly and peanut butter will get burnt smell and turn out to be bitter in taste
Let it cool down


STEP 2 :

Remove the Peanut skin to get smooth and tasty Peanut Butter
Method 1 : Use Dry Clean cloth, place roasted peanuts in between, cover and rub it to remove peanut skin
Method 2 : Remove the skin by rubbing peanuts together in your hands
Once skin has been loosened from all the peanuts, blow air until skin has been separated from all the peanuts


STEP 3 :

Add roasted peanuts, honey, oil and salt in a food processor
Process for about 30-40 seconds and scrape sides of bowl, place the lid back, continue to process.
Do this Process for about 2-3 in a same way until you get smooth and shiny Peanut Butter
Please Note : You will find difficulty in grinding at that point of time add 2-3 drops of oil only if required.
But i suggest not to add extra oil, instead you can scrape sides, ON and OFF your food processor as i have done in my video, which will get smooth Peanut Butter in 2-3 minutes of time
** Please Note : DO NOT ADD WATER TO GRIND PEANUTS


STEP 4 :

Transfer the Peanut Butter to air-tight and food safe container, cover the lid, then store in the refrigerator upto 1 month
