Sakura Chiffon Cake Recipe【Hanami Sweets】
i made cherry blossom flowers "Sakura" flavor chiffon cake!
it's very fluffy,sweet and salty,and taste is so nice;)
ingredients
30g salted Sakura
1/2 tsp japanese rice wine Sake(i used Fukuju in Kobe)
3 egg yolks(about 55g)
35ml milk
30g cooking oil(i used white sesame oil)
food color pink
3 egg white(about 100g)
55g granulated sugar(for chiffon cake)
50g sifted flour
200ml fresh cream
20g granulated sugar(for cream)
mold
14cm(about 5.5 in.)tall chiffon mold
we can make this cake without Sake and food color;)
