Ingredients:
For dough or Atte ke liye
1/2 kg whole wheat flour (gehu ka atta)
1/2 tablespoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
2 Pinch of asfoetida (heeng)
1 & 1/2 tablespoon oil
salt to taste

For stuffing
1/2 kg green peas (hari matar)
Coriander Leaves (Dhania): 1 cup
2 green chillis (hari mirch)
1 inch Ginger (adrak)
20-25 pieces of Garlic (Lehsun)
1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds (zeera)
1/4 tablespoon asfoetida (heeng)
1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Powder
1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala
1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
salt to taste
2 tablespoon mustard oil (sarson ka tel)
oil for frying
