Recipe:

- 1/3 chicken
- 400ml coconut milk (fresh/light)
- 400 ml chicken broth
- 4 slices galangal
- 2 lemongrass
- 2 tbsp thai chilli paste
- 5 thai bird eye chillies
- 1/4 cauliflower
- 6 pieces lime leaves
- 1/2 tomato
- 1.5 tbsp palm sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
