Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cup Gram Flour (besan)
1 tablespoon refined oil
2 Onion (Pyaz), finely chopped.
1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder (haldi)
1/2 tablespoon Carom Seeds (ajwain)
Pinch of Asfoetida (heeng)
8 boiled & mashed potatoes (aloo)
3/4 tablespoon Dried Mango Powder (Amchur)
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
1 & 1/2 inch Ginger (adrak)
1/2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
1 cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania Patti)
Two finely chopped Green Chilli (Hari Mirch).
1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) powder
Salt to taste.
Oil for frying
