How to make the perfect Braai Steak:

Fire up your grill, seasons the the steaks with salt on both sides and place over low heat. flip after 5 minutes and let them come to temperature - internal temp. should be around 40°C / 104°F according to preferred doneness (Steak will come up around 10 more degrees after searing).

Then oil a big spatular or coal shovel and place the steak for 35-40 seconds underneath the fire box. Flip, repeat and leave to rest for 5 more minutes until you can enjoy the most tastiest, delicious and juicy steak ever!
