Recipe-
minced meat(keema) 1/2 kg
black cardamom(badi elaichi) 1
cinnamon stick(daalchini) 2
bay leaves(tezpat) 2
green cardamom(hari elaichi) 4
cloves(long) 5-6
black peppercorn(kali mirch) 1/4 tsp
roasted cumin powder(bhuna hua zeera powder) 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds(sabut zeera) 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder(haldi ) 1/4 tsp
chopped green chillies(kati hui mirche) 8-10
onion paste(pyaz ka paste) 1 tbsp
ginger paste(adrak ka paste) 1 tsp
garlic paste(lehsun ka paste) 1 tsp
oil/ghee 50 ml
salt(namak) 1/4 tsp
water(pani) 150 ml
garam masala 2 pinch
garnish with coriander leaves,chillies & tomatoes
