Pineapple Cake in grams:
- 250 gr All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 200 gr White Sugar
- 130 gr Fresh Pineapple
- 150 gr Soft Butter
- 4 medium Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Pineapple Extract ( Add 1 tsp if you want a stronger pineapple flavor)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Bake at 160 degrees celsius for about 50 minutes to an a hour.
If you decide to divide the cake in 2 pans, bake the cakes for only 25 minutes.
Pineapple Syrup in grams:
- 200 gr Pineapple Juice
- 100 gr Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pineapple Extract
NOTE: This is a pineapple simple syrup. Be Careful to not add too much to your cake or the cake will be overly sweet.
