Ingrediens:
FOR THE BURGERS:
6 Burger Buns
6 Hamburgers
Tomato sauce
6 Slices of Cheese
5 onions (sauteed)
Mustard
Pickles
FOR THE CHEESE BACON ROYAL SAUCE:
250 ml Heavy Cream
250 ml Milk
5 Eggs
200 g Cheese
200 g Bacon Cubes
Nutmeg & Pepper to taste

How to prepare the Cheeseburger Bacon Casserole:
Place the bottom buns into a deep baking dish, add tomato sauce and spread evenly. Grill the burgers and place them onto the buns. Top up with the cheese slices, sautéed onions & pickles and finish the burgers.
Then put the milk and cream into a bowl, add the eggs, bacon cubes and cheese, season with nutmeg & pepper and mix well.
Pour over the mixture over the burgers & bake for approx. 35-40 minutes until firm and golden brown.
