mutton minced meat(keema) 500gm
cashew(kaju) 100gm
bay leave(tezpat) 3
cinnamon stick(daalchini) 2
cloves(long) 4-5
green cardamom(hari elaichi) 4-5
mace(javitri) 1
black cardamom(badi elaichi) 1
cumin seeds(zeera) 1/4 tsp
garlic paste(lehsun ka paste) 1 tsp
ginger paste(adrak ka paste) 1tsp
onion paste(pyaz ka paste) of 1 onion
turmeric powder(haldi) 2 pinch
sun dried green chilli powder(hari mirch powder) 1 tsp
tomato powder(tamatar powder) 1 tbsp
garam masala 2 pinch
black & white pepper powder(kali or dakhni mirch powder) 2 pinch
oil/ghee 50gm
salt(namak) 1/2 tsp
water(pani) 100ml
coriander leaves(hara dhania) 1/2 fist
cashews(kaju) for garnishing
