THREE EASY BREAKFAST RECIPES
1) MALAYSIAN 'ROTI JOHN' RECIPE
- 2 frankfurters bread (brushed interior with butter)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200g of minced meat
- 1/2 dutch onion (cut into cube)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp meat curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 beaten eggs (mix with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp flavoured pepper
- some cabbage,mayonnaise and chilli sauce
2) GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH RECIPE
- 2 slices bread (brushed one side of bread with butter)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp dutch onion (cut into cube)
- 2 tbsp capsicum (cut into cube)
- 2 tbsp tomato (cut into cube)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp flavoured pepper
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
3) PASTRY PIZZA RECIPE
- 3 puff pastries sheets
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce/bolognese sauce/tomato puree
- 1 cup mozarela cheese
- 9 slices of pepperoni / hotdog
- 3 sb capsicum
