Non Dairy Whipping Cream is a great alternative to use when you don't find whipping cream easily, especially in India. And it has become my go to cream for frosting cakes as it so stable in this hot weather and very easy and efficient to use.

The non dairy cream I have used here is 'Delight' but we do get other brand names like 'Tropolite' which I have used and loved as well. I got this cream from Crawford Market at Mumbai but you can find it in any baking supple store as it is quite readily available where I live.
