Ingredients:

4 Onions (Pyaz)
2 Tomatoes (Tamatar)
1 small cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania Patti)
1 green chilli (Hari Mirch), finely chopped
2 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon Gram Flour (Besan)
1/4 tablespoon kashmiri lal mirch
1/2 tablespoon Rai
1/2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
1/4 tablespoon Garam Masala
Salt (Namak) to taste
1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder (haldi)
1/2 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Powder
Pinch of Heeng
