RED VELVET CAKE - SUPER MOIST!
Recipe:

- 2 cups cake/superfine/all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened, cocoa powder
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup cooking/ vegetable oil or canola
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk (refer below for substitute recipe)
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp red food coloring, more or less depending on how deep you want the color
- ½ cup plain hot water
- 1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar

Cream Cheese Frosting:

- 250 g cream cheese
- 60g unsalted butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Buttermilk Substitute Recipe:

- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
* Mix and let it sit for 30 minutes until it curdle

P/s :

1. Use 10"x10" cake mould
2. Bake at 170c for 35 - 45 minit or until toothpick inserted at the center of the cake came out clean
3. Time to bake depends on size and heat of oven
